The Mini-MBAs offer a unique opportunity to complete a Mini-MBA online through the Ryze Pro app, whilst attending interactive learning sessions with other learners via video classes. At the end of the programme, learners will be invited to attend an Award Ceremony on campus.
We offer two programme structures to choose from to fit into your work-life balance. You can either complete a fully independent 3-month Mini MBA in our dedicated Ryze Pro app or take-part in a full Executive Mini-MBA 6-month programme online including workshops and an in-person award ceremony.
Each learner will have a dedicated staff member on-hand to support their MBA learning journey, answer any questions, track progress, provide updates on learning targets, send reminders and ensure a high-quality experience from start to finish.
Mini-MBA learners will receive evidence-based teaching and learning through a structured mix of contextualised case studies, real life story examples, practical activities, reflective discussion and academic insights.
Participants are taught by specialist university academics or leading practitioners in engaging learning environments.
Programmes include access to digital
learning content and supplementary resources on the Ryze Pro app for professional learning. The Ryze Pro app comes with a full support team that is readily available to answer any queries from learners and provide onboarding assistance.
Ryze programmes come with a certificate of attendance, awarded by Ryze and the University of East Anglia for each learner upon successful completion of the course requirements (including hours of study, lesson completion, session attendance and VIVA).
A warm welcome! All MBA learners will take part in a virtual programme induction from the Ryze Course Manager as well as Dr Ivan Mitchell and James Gardiner, CEOs of Ryze and Associate Professors in the Norwich Business School at University of East Anglia (UEA). The meeting will outline the structure for the course of study as well as answer any questions.
After completing the induction, learners will receive their log in information to begin their learning journey on the Ryze Pro app or Webapp. The digital programme contains a professional range of micro-lessons, quizzes, videos and tasks curated by UEA academics.
The Executive Mini-MBA programme includes bi-monthly online workshops, taught by UEA Business School academics.
Upon completing the required lessons, hours of study and in-app quizzes, you will attend a one-hour meeting to discuss your course learning, outcomes and have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in order to successfully graduate from the programme.
For each group of 10+ learners, an awarding ceremony takes place on the esteemed campus of University of East Anglia in the charming city of Norwich.
